ACTIVITY

To manufacture Paper cones used in textile yarn winding. 

TYPE OF PRODUCTS

Paper cones of size 5 Deg 57' Embossed and velvet finish, 4 Deg 20' embossed, 3 Deg   30' velvet finish Rayon cones and  3 Deg  30' velvet finish jumbo cones. 

OUTPUT AT 100% EFFICIENCY

15 million cones per annum (3 shifts per day basis)

PLANT & MACHINERY

Fully automatic Paper cone Plant model ACM 55 consists of mainly the following with a capacity of  40 to 45 cones / minute (or) 3000 cones / hour (approx) :

a.  Automatic cone making machine with standard accessories (Inner logo & outer strip printer)

b.  On-Line Drier (Electrical)

c.  Cone Finishing machine

d.  Any one standard size (conicity) cone manufacturing attachment (tool set)

e.  One year standard set of spares

f.  Paper testing standard equipments

g.  Paper cone strength tester

h.  Knife grinder

i.  Glue Preparation machine

j.  2 sets of Parts list-cum-Instruction manual with trouble shooting with CD support
